For renovations on the secondary market without design documentation, we calculate the budget with the highest possible precision. However, we point out that the full technical condition of structural elements and installations in older buildings is only revealed after demolition work. Any budget adjustments resulting from so-called hidden defects are always transparently reported and require your approval before the repair begins.You can buy the materials yourself or have us organize the purchases and deliveries end to end.
If we handle the purchase, logistics and delivery of materials, we charge an 8% commission for the full purchasing service.
In addition, when we finish an apartment as part of our turnkey service, materials can be settled as part of the service covered by the 8% VAT rate, instead of 23% VAT when you buy them yourself as a consumer.
In practice this means that with Adepteko’s turnkey service you can significantly reduce the VAT cost on materials, while not having to deal with ordering, receiving and purchasing logistics.
We also prepare a materials list and, if you wish, handle the entire process – from product selection, through ordering, to delivery to the site.In renovations, especially of apartments on the secondary market, not all problems can be detected before the work starts. Some hidden defects only come to light after existing elements are dismantled.
If such a problem appears, we do not carry out any additional work without your knowledge. We tell you what was found, present the proposed solution and its cost. Only after your approval do we introduce the change into the project.
