Important information:
Building materials: We work exclusively with proven building materials, selected for quality and durability.
Additional installation: Installing additional equipment or appliances in the bathroom (e.g. a washing machine) is priced individually.
Plastering: If you opt out of plastering the entire surface of a room, achieving a uniform finish may be difficult because of the standard of the walls and ceilings and the materials used by the developer.
Electrical points: The standard scope includes up to 14 new points or changes to existing points. Anything beyond the standard is priced individually.
Finishing and decorative materials: They can be purchased by the Client independently or, if the Client opts for our full service, we help with the selection and organize the entire process – from purchase to delivery and installation. Thanks to cooperation with our suppliers and finishing showrooms we have access to individual discounts on materials that an individual client does not usually receive. On top of that, you pay only 16% VAT instead of 23% VAT.
Custom furniture: We work only with proven carpenters who make custom furniture to a high standard, using suitable materials and proven solutions.
Settlement: Settlement is made in stages. Several stages may be started at the same time, depending on the progress of the work and technological requirements. Each completed stage is first checked by the site manager and the Project Manager, then reported to the Client. Before a stage begins we collect 50% of the labor cost and 100% of the cost of technical (“rough”) materials. After the stage is completed and accepted by the Client, we issue an invoice for the remaining 50% of the labor cost for that stage.

Additional services that may interest you
Questions about the Comfort model
Yes. A complete interior design is part of the Comfort model, together with design author supervision of its execution. The design cost in the Comfort model is PLN 100 per m², including the 50% discount.
Design usually takes about 2 months and finishing about 3. We set the detailed schedule before signing the contract.
You do not have to come regularly. We need most of your time at the design stage, during meetings where you choose the layout, style and materials. During the work we mainly invite you to the handovers of subsequent stages. The project manager keeps you informed of progress, so you do not have to check it in person.
Yes, but ideally before a given stage begins. The contract price applies to the approved design, so any change you request along the way may affect the cost and the deadline. Before we change anything, we price the change and show you its impact on the budget and schedule. We introduce it only after your written approval.
The Comfort model is a higher finishing standard with a complete design from our designers, design author supervision and custom built-ins. We run everything from A to Z, and you focus on choices. The Individual model is intended for houses and apartments with non-standard solutions: a bespoke design, materials imported from around the world, smart home, stage lighting and special zones such as a cinema, spa or wine cellar. It also includes concierge service, import and white-glove delivery, full discretion with an NDA on request, and care after handover of the interior.
In the Comfort model, built-ins and custom elements are part of the scope. We design them together with the whole interior, and then take care of ordering, delivery and installation. You approve the design and materials, and we handle the rest.
We can usually start work within 14 days of signing the contract. The date we give you with the quote is reserved after the contract is signed and treated as a commitment.
