Important information:
Building materials: We work exclusively with proven building materials, selected for quality and durability.
Additional installation: Installing additional equipment or appliances in the bathroom (e.g. a washing machine) is priced individually.
Plastering: If you opt out of plastering the entire surface of a room, achieving a uniform finish may be difficult because of the standard of the walls and ceilings and the materials used by the developer.
Electrical points: The standard scope includes up to 14 new points or changes to existing points. Anything beyond the standard is priced individually.
Finishing and decorative materials: They can be purchased by the Client independently or, if the Client opts for our full service, we help with the selection and organize the entire process – from purchase to delivery and installation. Thanks to cooperation with our suppliers and finishing showrooms we have access to individual discounts on materials that an individual client does not usually receive. On top of that, you pay only 16% VAT instead of 23% VAT.
Custom furniture: We work only with proven carpenters who make custom furniture to a high standard, using suitable materials and proven solutions.
Settlement: Settlement is made in stages. Several stages may be started at the same time, depending on the progress of the work and technological requirements. Each completed stage is first checked by the site manager and the Project Manager, then reported to the Client. Before a stage begins we collect 50% of the labor cost and 100% of the cost of technical (“rough”) materials. After the stage is completed and accepted by the Client, we issue an invoice for the remaining 50% of the labor cost for that stage.

Questions about the Classic model
Yes. The Classic model was created precisely for people with a ready design or a clear vision. Before pricing, we verify the design technically and report any comments.
In the Comfort model we additionally prepare a complete interior design, provide design author supervision and make custom built-ins.
You decide. Technical materials, such as adhesives, waterproofing and plaster finishes, are included in the price of the Classic model and we always select them as a system, because the durability of the finish depends on them. Finishing materials, that is tiles, floors, doors and fittings, you can buy yourself, choose with us, or leave their purchase and delivery to us. If you buy them yourself, before you order we will check the specification and tell you how much material to order, with a margin.
Yes, and we value it greatly. The Classic model is built for execution according to your design, so we gladly cooperate with your architect. We agree with them on site visits at key moments, and we consult any change to the design with them before introducing it.
The cost depends on the floor area, the number of bathrooms, the condition of the unit and the chosen finishing materials. You can check approximate ranges in our calculator in 60 seconds. We present the exact amount in a detailed cost estimate after a free consultation and site inspection. After you accept the design and the cost estimate, the price can go into the contract as the contract price.
Finishing an apartment usually takes about 3 months, depending on the floor area, the scope of work and the availability of materials. We set the detailed schedule, with a deadline for each stage, before signing the contract.
