Questions about the Individual model
Yes. On request we sign an NDA even before the first meeting. Without your consent we also do not publish photos of the project.
Yes. We handle import, customs clearance and white-glove delivery, and we work with craft workshops.
Yes. In the Individual model we design and build special zones such as a home cinema, a spa area or a wine cellar. Each of them requires more than a nice finish: a cinema needs proper acoustics and cabling, a spa needs waterproofing and ventilation, and a wine cellar needs a constant temperature and controlled humidity. That is why we plan such zones from the start together with the installations and the smart home.
Yes. In the Individual model the design can be prepared by our team or by your architect. If you already have your own designer, we take on the role of contractor and concierge and execute their design without changes. We consult every adjustment with them, and we include design author supervision in the schedule.
We do not disappear after you receive the keys. The work is covered by a 3-year warranty, and in the Individual model we additionally provide care after handover: an interior inspection after 24 months, support with operating the smart home, a response to a report within 24 hours, planning of any changes by priority, and maintenance and supervision of the property during your long absence. You have one contact person you can call with any matter related to the finishing work.
In the Comfort model, built-ins and custom elements are part of the scope. We design them together with the whole interior, and then take care of ordering, delivery and installation. You approve the design and materials, and we handle the rest.
We take on a limited number of Individual projects so that each gets the full attention of the team. We agree the nearest available start dates at a meeting. We reserve the date after the first conversation and agreement of the scope. Execution usually begins with the design stage, which with individual solutions can take longer than with standard finishing.
