History
Adepteko was born out of a refusal to accept shoddy work
Anyone who has done a renovation knows this scenario: speed matters more than quality, and you hear about problems at the end. Aleh saw it from the inside. And he decided to build a company that works differently.
The beginnings
A family of builders
Aleh grew up among construction sites. His uncle ran a company that was a leader in building single-family and multi-family houses. There he learned that solid work starts with what you cannot see.
2016
A lesson in a finishing company
As a contractor he got to know the industry from the inside. He saw what happens when the boss saves on quality: rework, delays and clients who lose trust.
2019
Our own crew, our own rules
A decision to do it our own way: precisely, honestly and with no shortcuts. The first clients come by referral.
2020
Adepteko Sp. z o.o.
Contracts, invoices, liability insurance and a warranty as standard. The first Project Managers and architects join the team.
TODAY
30 people and three cooperation models
Apartments, penthouses and houses in Warsaw and the surrounding area. A separate program for interior architects.

Our main strength: the finishing management process
We run every project according to the same system. Thanks to this it runs smoothly from the first day to handover, and you do not have to supervise the crews.

Planning
We plan every stage in advance: deadlines, people and materials. The schedule is created before the work starts, to limit delays.

Reporting
We regularly inform you about progress and next steps. You always know what is done and what happens next. We answer questions as they come.

Coordination
The management team assigns tasks and monitors progress. Everyone has a clearly defined role, so nothing gets lost between crews.

Quality control
We check quality at every stage, not just at handover. The work must meet our standard before we move on.
Team
The standard is set by the founder. The whole team keeps to it.
Design, coordination and execution in one team. Everyone knows what they are responsible for, so quality does not depend on one person.
